Magdalena Wojda

Psychologist and psychodynamic psychotherapist, working individually with adults.

Experience and Qualifications

I am a graduate of the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw, where I obtained a Master’s degree in Psychology. I am currently enrolled in a four-year psychotherapy training program at the Laboratory of Psychoeducation in Warsaw. I gained clinical experience while working at the Ursynów–Wilanów Mental Health Center, operating within the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology. This was complemented by placements in wards F6 and F9 of the Institute. I completed a clinical internship at the F5 Diagnostic and Therapeutic Ward (a closed general psychiatry unit) of the Institute’s Third Psychiatric Clinic, as well as at the Day Treatment Unit of ZLO Praga-Południe.

Therapeutic Approach

I tailor therapeutic methods to the individual needs and specific circumstances of each person, integrating various models of work, from classical psychodynamic therapy, through attachment theory, to mentalization-based therapy, so that they best address personal needs and support the achievement of therapeutic goals.

Therapist about her work

I deeply believe that every person has the potential for change, regardless of where they begin their journey or the burden of experiences they carry. The essence of my work is to accompany people in healing what is difficult and in growing toward what is new. I regularly participate in supervision with certified supervisors of the Polish Psychological Association.

Areas of support

I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties, including depression, anxiety disorders, chronic stress, professional and parental burnout, life crises, relationship problems, PTSD, complex PTSD and challenges related to personal development. I provide a safe and supportive space for LGBTQ+ clients.

Clients value my strong focus on building a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship that helps them feel accepted and understood. Such a relationship fosters deeper self-understanding and more effective coping with life’s challenges.

Take care of your mental health!
