Therapists

Magdalena Wojda
Psychologist and psychodynamic psychotherapist, working individually with adults.
I am a graduate of the Academy of Economics and Humanities, where I earned a Master’s degree in Psychology. I am currently undergoing a four-year training program at the Psychoeducation Laboratory in Warsaw.
I gained clinical experience working at the Ursynów-Wilanów Mental Health Center, part of the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology. This was complemented by internships in wards F6 and F9 of the Institute. I also completed a clinical internship in the Diagnostic and Therapeutic Ward F5 (closed general psychiatry) at the III Psychiatric Clinic of the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology, as well as at the Day Ward of ZLO Praga-Południe.
I adapt therapeutic methods to the individual needs and characteristics of each person, integrating different approaches—from classical psychodynamic therapy, through attachment theory, to mentalization-based therapy—so that they best meet individual needs and support the achievement of therapeutic goals.
I deeply believe that every person has the potential for change, regardless of the point at which they begin their journey or the weight of experiences they carry. The purpose of my work is to accompany clients in healing what is difficult and in growing toward what is new. I regularly participate in supervision with certified supervisors from the Polish Psychological Association.
I work with individuals experiencing a variety of emotional and relational challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, chronic stress, professional and parental burnout, life crises, relationship difficulties, and personal development challenges.
Clients appreciate me for focusing on building a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, which helps them feel accepted and understood. Such a relationship fosters deeper self-understanding and effective coping with challenges.
Take care of your mental health!
