Therapists

Filip Dembski
Psychologist and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, working individually with adults and adolescents from 16 years of age.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and gained my experience working as a psychologist at the Regional Adoption Center. In 2022, I completed an internship at the Academy of Motivation and Education Clinic, and since then, I have been continuously working with clients in a psychotherapeutic capacity.
I focus on goals that I establish together with clients at the beginning of our sessions. I use cognitive-behavioral tools such as emotion journals, mindfulness techniques, and elements of motivational interviewing, and I encourage clients to work on themselves outside of sessions as well.
I approach each client individually, consistently working toward the therapy goals we set together based on their needs and expectations.
It is important to me that, after completing therapy, the client is able to independently address the problems they came with and has the appropriate tools to handle new challenges. Together, we develop a plan to prevent the recurrence of problematic behaviors in the future.
I work with clients dealing with depression, anxiety disorders, social anxiety, burnout, ADHD, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and behavioral addictions. I also provide therapy in English.
Clients appreciate me for my openness, non-judgmental approach, and empathy, as well as for the measurable results of our work and the positive changes they can see week by week.
Take care of your mental health!
